To get the most out of this product, I would recommend the following:

  • Use on chicken, beef, fish, pork, egg or vegetable dishes.

  • For chicken, beef, fish, or pork, rub meats gently with olive oil then sprinkle on spice very lightly as the spice is potent.

  • Works with all cooking methods such as, baking, grilling, charbroiling, and pan-frying.

  • For chicken and fish, squeeze fresh lemon or lime juice (optional).

  • For a barbecue dry rub, add brown sugar to spice according to taste.

  • To create a pan sauce, add ¼ cup water, 1 tsp. spice and bring to a boil. Then add butter or olive oil, fresh lemon or lime juice (optional) and your favorite chopped fresh herbs. I recommend any of the following:             

  •  Italian Parsley

  • Green Chive                          

  •  Basil

  • Cilantro
