The Sea Salt Difference

Long before the earth knew pollutants of any kind, a huge, ancient sea covered what is now North America. Pure, natural salt was mixed in with the water. Over millions of years, this seawater evaporated, leaving behind the undisturbed salt deposits. Carefully extracted from deep within the earth, it is preserved in its pure, natural state without additives, chemicals, or heat processing of any kind.
As salt is the main ingredient in my spice, I take care only to use the highest quality sea salt full of flavor and natural goodness.
Unlike most table salts, the salt I use is not bleached, kiln dried, heated, or altered with chemicals or pollutants. It has a full complement of beneficial trace minerals. The result is a delicate "sweet" salt flavor which interplays with my spice to create a flavor that you may not have experienced before. The result will amaze you!
